After acquiring over 20 years of experience as a Therapist and 9 years as a Yoga Instructor; my integrative practice has evolved as a unique, effective, and enjoyable treatment for my clients. My foundational training was initiated from a 2200-hour Shiatsu Therapy Program in Toronto, Ontario. Over the years I have been integrating Acupressure, Sotai (muscle energy), Passive Stretching, Deep tissue massage, Somatic awareness, and Craniosacral Therapy. My experience is well rounded by working in various aspects of the industry such as; clinical environments, sports facilities, heli-ski lodge, seniors' homes, as well as the spa industry at 5 diamond hotels and resorts.
