Shiatsu is a non-invasive physical therapy that stimulates the body's own healing abilities.  It is based on both traditional Eastern healing principles, and Western anatomy and physiology.

During a shiatsu session, specific pressure points and stretches are applied to the body in order to assess and treat various conditions.

Due to its effect on the nervous system, a shiatsu treatment helps relieve stress and pain, as well as improve muscle, organ, and joint function. This deep, but gentle, approach to preventative health care has many long term benefits for people of all ages.
