I provide a deeply calming and relaxing holistic treatment in a safe and nurturing environment. I focus on improving my client’s quality of life through restoring strength, flexibility and energy from past injuries, reducing the effects of emotional pain and stress on the body and encouraging mind-body awareness. I believe it is important to use an intuitive approach in detecting underlying causes that conventional medicine can often overlook. I am a 2004 graduate of Langara’s Sourcepoint Shiatsu Practitioner Program and I have completed CranialSacral Levels 1 - 4 with the Upledger Institute and Visceral Manipulation Level 1 with the Barral Institute. I use a combination of these therapies in most of my treatments; the result is a deeply soothing and restorative. My private studio is located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Hastings-Sunrise, just east of Commercial Drive, a quiet oasis away from traffic and congested streets.
